Choose a clear photo with good lighting where your pet’s face, eyes, and ears are easy to see. Photos taken from the front, without heavy filters, blur, or objects covering the face, usually produce the strongest result.

Yes. You can include up to three pets in one portrait. Upload one clear photo for each pet so every face can be composed into the finished portrait.

Create your first two pet portraits free. When you want to create more, get 10 portrait credits for $4.99 plus applicable tax. Each pet uses 1 credit, and you can include up to three pets in one portrait.

Portraits are usually completed within a few minutes. Provider demand or an image issue can sometimes cause a delay. You can check the current status from your dashboard.

Your completed high resolution portrait is saved to your dashboard. You can download it when it’s ready and return to your account to download it again later.

Contact support if a technical problem prevents your portrait from being completed. Any eligible free creation or credits used are returned after we confirm the portrait cannot be completed. Credit pack refund eligibility depends on how many purchased credits have been used.

Yes. After your portrait is ready, you can choose a framed or unframed print in 8×12, 12×18, or 16×24 and preview how your portrait will look before checkout.

Shipping is free within the United States. Print delivery is not available outside the United States right now. Taxes are calculated at checkout.

Contact support within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the print and packaging. We normally provide a free replacement for confirmed shipping damage, manufacturing defects, printing defects, or an incorrect product.
