Terms of Service

Pet Portrait Direct creates custom digital pet portraits from photos and selections provided by customers. We may also offer custom physical prints and frames. Portraits are created with artificial intelligence and may contain artistic variation.

You must be legally able to enter a contract to use paid features. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for activity performed through your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

You must own or have permission to use every photo, name, instruction, and other item you submit. You grant Pet Portrait Direct LLC and its service providers permission to process that material only as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the requested service.

Do not submit unlawful, abusive, infringing, deceptive, or harmful material. We may reject or remove content that violates these terms or creates risk for customers, other people, or the service.

Artificial intelligence can produce unexpected details and does not guarantee an exact photographic likeness. Preview images and examples illustrate possible styles, but every custom result is different.

After full payment, you may use your completed portrait for personal purposes. Commercial use, resale, trademark use, or use that violates another person’s rights requires separate written permission when applicable.

Prices, shipping, discounts, and taxes shown at checkout control the order. You authorize our payment provider to charge the selected payment method. We may correct a clear pricing error before fulfillment and will offer cancellation if the corrected amount is not accepted.

Link acts as the seller of record for eligible digital portrait purchases. Digital checkout, receipts, card statements, refunds, and transaction support may identify Link. Pet Portrait Direct remains responsible for creating and delivering the artwork and for product support. Pet Portrait Direct is the seller for physical prints, with Stripe processing the payment and calculating applicable taxes.

Digital portraits are delivered through your account. Keep access to the Google account used to place the order. Our 30 day digital satisfaction guarantee and other refund terms are described in theReturn and Refund Policy.

Prints are custom products made for the selected portrait, size, frame, and shipping address. Production and delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays and events outside our reasonable control may affect delivery. Print delivery is available only within the United States right now.

Inspect the size, frame, artwork, name, and shipping address before purchase. Our replacement, cancellation, and print refund rules are in the Return and Refund Policy.

• Do not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, or bypass access controls
• Do not upload content you do not have permission to use
• Do not use the service to violate law or another person’s rights
• Do not use automated methods that create unreasonable traffic or cost

We may change, suspend, or discontinue features and product options. We may also update these terms. Material changes apply prospectively unless law requires otherwise. The updated date at the top identifies the current version.

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available. We do not promise uninterrupted access or that every artistic result will match a subjective preference. Nothing in these terms excludes a warranty or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.

To the extent permitted by law, Pet Portrait Direct LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses. Our total liability for a claim related to an order will not exceed the amount paid for that order, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
